I was born in New York City and have spent most of my adult life living and working in New York and the broader metropolitan area.

New York has a rich, 400-year history that I enthusiastically bring to my tours which focus on midtown and downtown Manhattan but also include well-known parks and entertainment institutions.

I am particularly interested in the growth and development of NYC from its earliest days as a Dutch settlement on the southern tip of Manhattan to its current center of a metropolis of 20 million people and the infrastructure that has supported this metamorphosis.
